Our Covid-19 Information & Updates

Hello everyone! How we’ve missed you all. This has been a very long lockdown – we’ve only ever closed for a couple of weeks previously! It really has been way too quiet around here and we are so looking forward to welcoming you all back – hopefully from July 4th. Come on Boris!

Whilst you’ve been away, we’ve been beavering away here to ensure we do as much as we possibly can to keep everyone safe. We all have to play our part and the safety of our lovely guests, our housekeepers and ourselves is our top priority. You can be confident of a lovely and relaxing holiday here at Low Hagg Farm Holiday Cottages.

We’ve used our time wisely and have carried out a lot of painting and decorating, inside and out as well as improving the gardens, fixing and installing patios and general maintenance.

As our regular guests know, we put a lot of time and effort into cleaning & maintaining our cottages, to make sure that you all have a wonderful holiday. On arrival you will find your cottage sparkling clean! It’s something we pride ourselves on and get a lot of positive feedback about. But now we will be spending even longer and paying even more attention to all the important details like locks & latches, knobs and handles etc, so you can rest assured that we have thought of everything.

We provide a lovely hand soap at all our sinks in every cottage, so washing your hands regularly and thoroughly won’t be a problem. Our soaps are produced by Tyneham and we think they are some of the best on the market. Over the last few months Patrick has been involved with Tyneham – working hard on a COVID-19 killing hand gel. It’s now in production and should be in place here by July, for your added security.

Our cottages are all fully self-contained so there is no need to come into contact with us, our staff or any other guests.
We will be following and keeping up to date with all the relevant Government guidelines and we already have all our PPE and anti-viral cleaning products in place.
If you want to discuss anything with us for peace of mind, do get in touch for an informal chat.

Finally, thanks to everyone for your support and understanding throughout this crisis. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated your kind messages.

We still have a few vacancies in July and August, so do get in touch if you are considering a break in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.

We can’t wait to see you!
